Today, Caroline Lundström will open the doors to her new bakery and café named CG's after her grandfather.

Despite the opening day hustle, Lundström took the time to share some insights about her venture with Norran.

– While I envision it more as a bakery, customers can also enjoy coffee and lunch on-site or take their selections home, she says.

The prospect of running her own business and the creative freedom it entails has long been a dream for Lundström.

– The idea of having my own place was fun to contemplate, and when the opportunity presented itself, I knew I couldn't miss it.

Initially, Lundström plans to manage the bakery solo, with the option of expanding her team as needed.

– Obviously, there's some nervousness, but ultimately, I hope people will come in and enjoy the baked goods.

Everything served at the bakery will be made fresh from scratch.
