A fire broke out inside a 30x100 meter building housing an electronics scrap crushing plant, according to an RC Nord operator.
The fire could potentially spread to a conveyor belt and ventilation system, says the emergency operator.
Firefighters are currently battling the blaze to prevent it from spreading further.
There are no reported injuries at this time. Firefighters estimate the firefighting effort will take about 60 minutes.
The police report that a patrol has been dispatched to Rönnskärsverken to investigate the fire.
