According to Skellefteå Police spokesperson Åke Bergqvist, there are currently no suspects in custody.
The attacker is described as a woman between 30 and 40 years old, wearing an unbuttoned black or dark coat. Police believe this individual may be the suspect.
Anyone who was in the Lyckogränd area between 9am and 10am on Tuesday morning and witnessed the incident is urged to contact the police at 114 14.
