When Mando, who was born and raised in Athens, took over Nordanågården, she promised diners a Greek and Mediterranean take on Scandinavian cuisine and a Scandinavian twist to Greek food. And it's one that clearly works with one food critic waxing rhapsodic; "it's a wild, vivid jubilee of what food can be."
Nyföretagarcentrum said, "Taking over a long-established business like Nordanågården requires a lot of courage and strength, but perhaps above all a genuine love for both food and the place where it is to be tasted. With her warmth, Diamanto not only makes the guests feel great, but the whole house is filled with life. It is not only the food that has a fantastic quality, she has employees with her who work in the same spirit as herself, where you look after each guest and make sure that expectations are met. Here, new history is created, the walls are given new life, food is served that makes the taste buds dance, while that hearty feeling for the farm remains."
Well done, Mando!
