There is a new detailed plan for the entire Morö Backe area, which includes single-family homes, townhouses and a plot for a two-storey apartment building. Skebo will purchase the Morö Backe 1:1 plot.
The plan is for Skebo to start construction this year and for the properties to be completed by 2026. The existing infrastructure can be used on this site, which also has space for a new preschool.
Additional development will take place to the northeast of this parcel. The city will need to install water and sewer lines, as well as roads and bike paths, with work expected to begin this fall.
