It's been ten years since Takida embarked on a tour with the Boxroom concept.
"The Boxroom concept is a stripped-down, acoustic concert tour with an intimate connection to the audience," according to a press release.
"We felt that we wanted to do something different in Sweden next year, and we've been talking about another Boxroom tour for several years now. It's so much fun that it's happening again, and now we believe most people know what it's all about. We're leaving the electric guitars at home," the band writes.
Takida, formed in 1999, made a big breakthrough in 2006 with their debut album "Make You Breathe." The following year, they released the hit "Curly Sue," which spent 54 weeks on the Swedish charts.
On February 29 next year, on leap day, the band will be in Skellefteå.
