Northvolt has announced key leadership changes to drive its strategic growth. Alexander Hartman, the company’s current CFO, will transition to the role of chief transformation officer.
– Alexander's strategic vision and financial expertise have been invaluable to Northvolt's success, said Northvolt CEO Peter Carlsson.
– His new role will be instrumental in guiding us through our next phase of development.
Pia Aaltonen-Forsell joins Northvolt as CFO, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from Outokumpu and Stora Enso.
Additionally, Matthias Arleth has been appointed head of the cells business area. With a strong track record in the automotive industry, Arleth will oversee the expansion of Northvolt's first gigafactory in Skellefteå and drive advancements in battery cell technology.
