Diös, a real estate company, has finished the new complex in the Oxen quarter of central Skellefteå. The office building facing Hörnellgatan has been completed for a while, as has the new ICA store.
The residential building in the background is now completed, and the apartments will be available from April 15.
All apartments are three-room and have the same layout, covering 69 square meters with a monthly rent of 10,900 kronor.
Diös has opened interest registrations on their website, with 23 apartments available, and twelve currently open for applications.
The block is seven floors tall, with the apartments located on the top six floors.
