Is changing the name of Skellefteå a good idea?
The Skellefteå resident thinks it's time to change the name considering the high level of development and change occuring in the town. Skellefteå City also sounds more inviting! Therefore, I propose that the municipality change its name to Skellefteå City.
The proponent of the idea also points to other municipalities that have already changed their names, for example Stockholm City, Gothenburg City and others.
