The funds can be distributed to the employees after three years' tenure at the earliest. In 2020 the bonus was 27,750 kronor, in 2021 30,000 kronor and now again 30,000 kronor.
However, the amount is conditional on the AGM agreeing to the proposed dividend.
Group CEO Mikael Staffas was also not without reward. His basic salary was increased in 2022 by one million kronor to 9.5 million. His total compensation, including compensation and pension provisions, was 18,449,000 kronor in 2022, an increase of 14.5 percent compared to the previous year.
