The municipal executive board's working committee has approved the land allocation, according to a statement by Evelina Fahlesson, who added that the area is located in the beautiful Ostvik.
The plots are situated in the vicinity of Körsbärsvägen, right next to the sports ground. In addition to the four plots allocated to Älvsbyhus, there is one more bookable plot and another 13 planned plots in the area.
According to the detailed plan, if the 13 planned plots are utilized, a road must be extended, resulting in a roundabout for drivers on Körsbärsgatan in the area.
"The land allocation to Älvsbyhus is expected to promote and stimulate further construction in the area," the municipality writes.
