Heimstaden's large construction project in Skellefteå is nearing completion, with the last two blocks being finished off.
They are located at the far end of the residential area, on Fru Lovisas Gata.
They have now been released for rent, and bookings will be open until May 14th.
The available options are studios, one-room apartments, and two-room apartments. The studios are 26 square meters and have a rent of 4,309 SEK.
The one-room apartments are 40 square meters and have a rent of 5,741 SEK. The two-room apartments are 61 square meters and have a rent of 7,538 SEK.
One of the blocks will be ready for move-in by October 2023, and the other by November.
Heimstaden's buildings in the Storfågeln block have been released in stages, and several are already occupied.
