This is how the blocks will be grouped.
Skebo has acquired a plot of land on Takdroppsgatan, currently characterized by undergrowth and former farmland. A development of four buildings will be constructed around a courtyard opposite the entrance to a preschool. These two-story buildings will comprise 24 two-room apartments, 24 three-room apartments, and 15 four-room apartments.
The two-room units, the smallest apartments, will measure approximately 55 square meters, while the four-room units, the largest, will be around 85 square meters.
The local company Contractor has been selected to build the houses, and construction is anticipated to commence next spring. The project is estimated to take one year to complete. A total of 64 rental apartments will be constructed.
