The plot is located in Sörböle, at the intersection of Skråmträskvägen/Brogatan.
The first formal groundbreaking took place on Monday, with piling work set to begin immediately. This phase is expected to last about 3–4 weeks.
The company backing the project is owned by the architect who designed the building, Magnus Månsson, along with another investor, both from Gothenburg. The project is made possible through financial support from Norrlandsfonden and Swedbank.
The building at Vagnen 7 is expected to be ready for occupancy by the summer of 2026.
