Many have already booked tickets for the performance on April 5 at Sara kulturhus.
– The Skellefteå public hasn't exactly been spoiled with musicals on the level of "Hair". So it's incredibly exciting to see the response we've received to Hair's first date in April, a response that allows us to schedule an extra performance on April 6. Now everyone who loves musicals - and those who have yet to discover the greatness of the combination of music and theatre - has the chance to experience one of the best productions on the Swedish musical scene, says Sofia Andersson Lundberg, program director at Sara kulturhus.
"Hair" is one of the most loved and performed musicals of all time. The story of a group of young people who march to the beat of their own drum with music, poetry, song, and dance in the face of war and impending doom is more relevant than ever. By embracing love, community, and creativity, they stand up to the dark forces that threaten to destroy the planet.
The cast includes performers such as Viktor Norén, Emil Henrohn, and a talented group of artists and musicians who are passionate about their mission.
