"The included carrots (made of wood) for the bolt board game can break into small pieces during use, posing a potential choking hazard for young children," writes Story House Egmont, the company recalling the toy, in a press release.

Those who have purchased the bolt board are urged to stop using it and return it to the place of purchase.

"The bolt board has been sold at a large number of retailers and has the article number 970177 and batch number 217266," according to a statement from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
