– Klutmark has an attractive location with beautiful nature, says Felicia Lundmark.
The purpose of the planning program is to investigate how Klutmark should grow. The area covered is about 800 hectares.
– We are exploring what we want for Klutmark. In recent years there have been several applications to build housing there. Now we want to see how we can cope with the rapid population growth, says Lundmark.
The municipality has previously developed planning programs for areas such as Medle and Myckle.
The work will focus on identifying suitable locations for housing, as well as reviewing services and infrastructure.
Klutmark is located by the Skellefte River, about ten kilometers west of Skellefteå.
