A motorcycle accident occurred on Sunday at 3:23 PM on road 774 between Östra Falmark and Sjöbotten. The collision involved a motorcyclist and a motorist traveling in the direction of Skellefteå.

The motorcyclist was transported to a medical facility by ambulance helicopter. Unfortunately, the woman succumbed to her injuries during the night, as confirmed by police on Monday morning. Her relatives have been informed.

Both vehicles involved in the accident were seized by police for further investigation.
