The plan includes a new preschool, which will replace the preschool in Nallebjörnen.
The new preschool will be built on an area that is currently green space. After the demolition of Nallebjörnen's preschool, the area will be used instead for houses.
The terraced houses will have two floors, and the buildings will have different colors to help with orientation. They don't have to look identical to the current structures and can provide a visual contrast. An area on the opposite side of a bike path will also be designated for town houses.
The detailed plan for this is currently open for public consultation and feedback can be given until December 11.
Anderstorp is built on old agricultural land that is susceptible to subsidence and frost. Therefore, special regulations for foundations and frost protection are required.
Another challenge is that the land is low-lying. During heavy rainfall, water accumulates where the development is planned. Therefore, a pie-shaped park area will be excavated in the northern part to divert the water instead.
