"Rain and freezing rain are expected on Wednesday, which could cause difficult road conditions," SMHI writes on its website.
The warning is in effect from 0800 to 1400 tomorrow.
They have also issued a yellow warning for wind combined with snowfall on the mountains in Norrbotten and the northern part of Västerbotten. The warning is valid from 12 noon on Wednesday until 12 noon on Thursday.
"Difficult weather is expected on Wednesday in connection with wind and precipitation," writes SMHI.
