They have built five new buildings just next to the health centre.
It was decided two years ago that Skebo would be building tenement buildings and three construction projects started around the same time. Byske and Burträsk are completed and tenants have moved in, while Bureå was delayed due to problems with the ground work.
Now the apartments in Bureå are finally released for rental. There are 40 apartments, from one to three-bedroom apartment.
The one-bedroom apartments are about 35 square metres and the rent will cost around SEK 6,900. The two-bedroom apartments are about 55 square metres and will cost around SEK 9 500 a month to rent.
The three-bedroom apartments will be circa 74 square metres and the rent will cost around SEK 11,700.
They will be ready to move into from 1 July. The apartment blocks have been built by ETB, Ersmarks Trä och Bygg.
