Typically, SkellefteÄ Kraft renovates its substations when necessary. However, this time the company is investing in a new facility that boasts nearly double the capacity of the existing one.

The decision is driven by the increasing scarcity of energy and the robust growth taking place in northern Sweden. By constructing a more powerful substation, SkellefteÄ Kraft aims to better meet the region's energy demands and support its continued development.
